Refund Policy

1. 14-day guarantee

We offer a 14 calendar day money-back guarantee starting from the first charge of your first monthly or annual subscription. If you are not satisfied, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Send an email to legal@veldevpr.com with the subject “Refund request”.
  2. Include your account email and the reason (optional but appreciated to help us improve the product).
  3. We process the request within 3 business days.
  4. The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (depends on your bank).

3. Non-eligible cases

We do not process refunds in the following cases:

  • Subscriptions that are past 14 days from the first payment.
  • Automatic renewals (monthly or annual) — the guarantee applies only to the first charge.
  • Accounts suspended or canceled for violating the Terms of Service.
  • Requests made by intermediaries without the account holder's authorization.

4. Cancellation without refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access to your plan until that date. After that, your account is downgraded to Free automatically. Your data is NOT deleted on cancellation — only when you explicitly close your account.

5. Plan changes (upgrade/downgrade)

  • Upgrade (Free → Pro, Pro → Elite): takes effect immediately. Stripe prorates the charge.
  • Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • We do not process partial refunds for downgrades. Any remaining credit (if any) is applied to the next period.

6. Special cases

If TraderPulse experiences significant downtime (more than 24 continuous hours) that affects your usage, we may grant a proportional credit or partial refund at our discretion. Contact us.

7. Disputes and chargebacks

Before initiating a dispute with your bank, please contact us first. We resolve any reasonable issue in good faith. Unjustified chargebacks result in account closure without refund.
