Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade is immediate (Stripe prorates the charge). Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a refund guarantee?

Is my data secure?
HTTPS, bcrypt-hashed passwords, regular backups, and JSON export available anytime. 2FA (TOTP) is available in Settings, and broker credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Does it work with my prop firm?
We have presets for the 50K tier of FTMO, TopStep, Apex and MFF. Multi-tier (100K+) and FTMO phase 2 coming Q3 2026.
What languages are available?
Today 100% English. Spanish coming in 2026 Q3.
Which brokers are supported for CSV import?
Tradovate, TopStep, Apex Trader Funding, NinjaTrader, MT4, MT5, Interactive Brokers (IBKR), ThinkOrSwim (TD Ameritrade), Webull, TradingView, and a generic parser.
Is canceling complicated?
No. One click in Settings → Billing → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the current period.
